No problem at all with product. Problem with courier. We were out when he called and without leaving a note left the parcel at the local newagents. It was only when we queried when we were to receive the parcel, you told us where it had beeen left. Surely the courier should have done that.

I have one exactly the same since before - Geelong dark blue Eur 56 and very pleased with it. This delivery is still in its plastic bag. Your delivery service was excellent. Fast!
